On September 20, 2015, Prospect Valley students participated in creating a collaborative mural for the Wetlands Art and Stewardship Festival. Businesses, local artists and other groups from all over the city decorated several doors to be displayed together as one piece for one day, in the efforts to celebrate Lena Gulch and the wetlands, as well as hopefully inspire a more permanent mural in the pedestrian tunnel by the Wheat Ridge Rec Center. Students painted, collaged and decorated two beautiful doors….check out their amazing work!!
